Subscription and refund terms
Service and pricing
The 24 basic tools remain free within their technical limits. Pro costs USD 7.90 or AED 29, and Pro Plus USD 16.07 or AED 59 per 30-day period. Checkout uses the chosen currency; your bank may apply conversion fees if your card currency differs, with features and limits shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Membership is for one account. There are no automatic recurring charges. AI summaries are not sold as an available feature in this release.
Activation, renewal and expiry
Membership starts after the server verifies completed payment with Ziina, not merely after a success redirect. Early renewal of the same plan adds 30 days to expiry without resetting the current cycle allowance. Plan changes are available after expiry. Expired accounts return to Free automatically; presets remain stored and can be deleted from the account.
Processing limits and privacy
Each batch start consumes allowance, including batches in which some files fail. Originals are unchanged. Limits are 50 MB per file and 100 MB per batch; file, page and step limits depend on the plan. Conversion may alter layout or rasterize pages. OCR accuracy and Office formatting fidelity are not guaranteed; review outputs. Documents stay on your device. We store account, membership, payment and chosen preset records. Card details are entered with Ziina and are not stored by us.
Review and refunds
Request review of a duplicate charge or incomplete activation from your account payment history. A refund may be requested within 7 days if premium benefits have not been used. Requests are reviewed manually; submission does not confirm a refund. Refunds are processed through Ziina to the appropriate payment method, not in cash. A full refund may suspend membership for review. This policy does not reduce applicable statutory rights.
